AI Disclosure
Last updated: June 2026. This disclosure describes how Ayojit Intelligence uses artificial intelligence tools in its content production and consulting workflows.
1. AI Tools Used in Production
Ayojit Intelligence uses the following categories of AI tools as part of its editorial and consulting workflow:
- Large Language Models (LLMs): Used for drafting, structuring, and expanding educational content. All LLM-assisted drafts are reviewed, fact-checked, and substantially revised by human experts before publication.
- AI Research Assistants: Used to support literature scanning, source identification, and research mapping. All AI-generated research summaries are verified against primary sources.
- AI Writing Tools: Used for grammar checking, clarity improvement, and structural editing. Final editorial decisions are always made by human reviewers.
2. How AI Is Used
AI tools at Ayojit Intelligence function as production accelerators and first-draft generators — not as autonomous authors or final decision-makers. Specifically:
- AI may generate initial content outlines and draft text for human review.
- AI may suggest research frameworks and methodological approaches for expert evaluation.
- AI is not used to fabricate citations, invent data, or produce research findings.
- AI outputs are never published without human review and approval.
3. Human Review Process
Every piece of content published on Ayojit Intelligence, and every consulting deliverable issued to clients, passes through a structured human review process:
- AI draft generated or AI-assisted research conducted.
- Expert reviewer assesses accuracy, coherence, and alignment with current evidence.
- Editorial revision applied — AI-generated language is substantially rewritten where necessary.
- Final approval by Ayojit Intelligence editorial lead.
- Publication or delivery to client.
4. Accuracy Limitations
AI tools are subject to known limitations including knowledge cutoffs, hallucination, and the reproduction of bias present in training data. Ayojit Intelligence takes these limitations seriously and applies human verification at every stage. Despite this, we cannot guarantee the complete accuracy of all AI-assisted content. Readers are encouraged to verify claims against primary sources, particularly in fast-moving research areas.
5. Client Use Rights for AI-Assisted Content
Consulting deliverables and educational content that have been produced with AI assistance are clearly identified where applicable. Clients who intend to use AI-assisted content in academic submissions are solely responsible for:
- Reviewing their institution's policies on AI-generated content.
- Making any required disclosures to their institution.
- Exercising independent academic judgement over all submitted work.
Ayojit Intelligence is not liable for institutional consequences arising from a client's use or misuse of AI-assisted content.
