Refund Policy
Last updated: June 2026. This policy governs all refund and cancellation requests for Ayojit Intelligence consulting and educational services.
1. Cancellation Window
Clients may cancel a confirmed consulting engagement within 48 hours of payment confirmation for a full refund, provided that no consulting sessions have commenced and no deliverables have been issued. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to consult@ayojitintelligence.com.
2. Partial Refund Conditions
Partial refunds may be granted in the following circumstances:
- Cancellation after 48 hours but before 50% of the agreed scope has been delivered: 50% refund of the total fee paid.
- Cancellation after 50% but before 75% of scope delivery: 25% refund.
- Cancellation after 75% of scope delivery: no refund is applicable.
- Service disruption caused by Ayojit Intelligence (e.g., failure to deliver within agreed timeline): full or partial refund at our discretion, assessed case by case.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
No refund will be issued in the following circumstances:
- The client has received and used any deliverable, resource, template, or consulting output.
- Cancellation is requested after the full scope of service has been delivered.
- The client fails to attend scheduled consulting sessions without providing 24 hours notice.
- Access to digital resources or educational content has been granted and confirmed.
- The engagement has been delayed or disrupted by client-side factors (failure to provide required information, missed deadlines, non-communication).
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email consult@ayojitintelligence.com with the subject line REFUND REQUEST — [Your Name]. Include your full name, date of payment, service engaged, reason for cancellation, and any supporting context. We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days.
5. Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider. Ayojit Intelligence is not responsible for delays caused by banking or payment processing systems.
6. Disputes
If you believe a refund has been wrongly denied, you may escalate in writing to consult@ayojitintelligence.com. All disputes are governed by the terms set out in our Terms of Service.
